Ingredienser

  • 80 g thick rolled oats
  • 60 g whey protein isolate or pea protein isolate (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 160 g milk
  • 80 g strong coffee (cooled)
  • 100 g vanilla skyr
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 5 g maple syrup or honey (optional)

    Mix rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds in a container.

    Add milk, coffee, half the skyr, and, optionally, maple syrup, and mix well.

    Let it cool in the fridge overnight.

    Stir before serving and arrange in ramekins. Top with vanilla skyr and a dash of cocoa powder. Optionally, another layer of skyr for a creamier consistency.
